Payments

Your payment may fail due to issues with the selected payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.), bank or gateway downtime, or temporary technical problems in the app or payment system. Try another payment option or try again later. If money is debited but the transaction fails, the amount will be refunded to your account (usually within a few days). If problems persist, contact Us Company Help Center or support through the platform for assistance.

If you are eligible for a refund, please log in to your account and go to My Bookings. Select the relevant service and click on Help/Support to raise a refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.

To redeem a coupon on Our Company, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Our Company app or website and log into your account.

  2. Select the service you want and add it to your cart.

  3. On the cart/checkout page, look for the “Coupons & Offers” / “Promo Code” field.

  4. Enter your coupon or promo code in that box.

  5. Tap Apply — the discount will be deducted from your order total.

  6. Complete your booking by paying the remaining amount.

Some coupons may also be added via wallet credits or gift cards before checkout if available in your account.

Yes, you can update your account name by editing your profile details in the app.

  1. Login your account

  2. Go to Profile / Account Settings

  3. Select Edit Profile

  4. Update your name and save changes
